Upload your recording to the tool
Open the Audio to Text tool and tap the "Choose file" button. Find your previously saved audio files on your iPhone, and upload the one you want to transcribe. If you want to transcribe a recording stored in a cloud, call the drop-down menu.
Transcribe and edit the recording
As soon as you are redirected to the next screen, set up the language of speech and hit the "Start Transcription" button.
Revise the transcription and correct any errors. Scoll down to see all the transcription lines and tap the line to edit it. If necessary, tap the "Translate" button to get the transcript in another language. Then, download the resulting file in your preferred format: TXT or SRT using the corresponding buttons.
(Optional) Save the video output
You can also save the output as a video file with embedded subtitles. Just tap "Export video" and download the result to the chosen location.
