How to Rotate a Video for Instagram
As most of the users log in to Instagram from their smartphones, a vertical orientation fits the screen better, so if you tend to shoot horizontal recordings, you’ll have to invert them.
Mind that Instagram has restrictions:
- The maximum file size is 4GB;
- Recommended resolutions: 600 x 600, 600 x 315 or 600 x 750 pixels.
If your recording does not meet those requirements, you can compress it first.
