How to create a Happy Halloween GIF
We bet you’ve already been to cool Halloween parties and may even have photos and videos of them. If so, why don’t you pick up the funniest moments and create unique GIFs? You can share them with other participants as little souvenirs or post them on your Tumblr account or other social media.
Or dress up as a vampire or a cute werewolf, perform a little Halloween dance, and record shooting for your future GIF from scratch. You’ll be able to cut extra chunks off, combine this shooting with other visuals, or change its color scheme or orientation later, during post-shooting editing.
That’s why it’s crucial to choose the right tool. And here, Clideo service comes in just handy! Our ultimate all-in-one video and GIF editor does duties for a dozen of “single-function” tools. Still, it’s user-friendly and easy to use.
As with all our services, it works online in a browser, so it’s compatible with all operating systems and device types. While having some perks for registered users and Clideo Pro subscribers, the Editor still offers the full functionality for free users as well.
Just follow three simple steps:
Open the tool
Open the GIF Maker and hit the “Get started” button.
Now, being transferred to the editing canvas, you have several options.
- You can upload a visual from your device;
- Import it from Google Drive, Google Photos, or Dropbox;
- Select photos or videos you like from free stock libraries;
- Record it from scratch using your cam, screen capture, or both.
You don’t have to limit yourself to one visual, as you can create a compound GIF. The only condition is that the project’s total length can’t exceed 30 seconds.
Create a spooky Halloween GIF
The floor is yours! Set the canvas and then combine the files as you need, reorder them in the timeline, arrange them “side-by-side” or “picture-in-picture”, or in any other way.
Here is a short list of editing actions you can perform with this tool:
- Resize visuals;
- Change their crop options;
- Flip and rotate them;
- Adjust brightness, contrast, etc.;
- Speed the visual up or slow it down;
- Change the project’s aspect ratio;
- Add captions and edit them.
You may also add a soundtrack and edit it, but as GIFs are mute, you won’t need this option this time.
Save the project
As soon as you are done, hit the "Export" button and choose the "GIF" option.
Make sure your project doesn’t exceed 30 seconds! When the project is processed, you can save it to your device or cloud storage account. Alternatively, return to editing and alter your project.
