Do you offer a free plan?

How can I pay?

All payments are processed through one of our payment providers, FastSpring or Stripe, that support major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal. The available payment methods may vary depending on your country.

What currencies do you accept?

Prices are displayed in USD by default. However, payments can be processed in various global currencies (including EUR, GBP, AUD, and others) depending on your location and payment provider.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. After each transaction, our payment provider automatically sends you an email with payment and invoice details. Depending on the payment provider, you may also access your invoices through their website. Refer to our Help Center for more details.

Can I update my details and include VAT on my invoice?

Depending on the payment provider, you may be able to update your company name, VAT number, or other details through their website. Refer to our Help Center for more details.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless you stop it. You'll receive an email reminder from our payment provider a couple of days in advance.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Do you offer refunds?

No. Since we provide a free plan you can use to test our services, we do not issue refunds after purchase, including cases when you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
