  1. Upload videos

    Open Clideo’s Online Video Editor in any browser you like and click “Get started”.

    To add video clips to the timeline, drag them from the "My Media" tab or click the "+" icon on them.

    Now, to change the soundtrack in your video, do the following:

    Select the clip where you want to replace the sound. In the "Volume" tab, set the percentage to 0% to remove its audio and keep the image only.

    The next step is not required if your main video covers the video with the soundtrack. But just in case, you can "hide" it by setting the opacity to 0% in the "Adjust" tab. Thus you will only have audio from this clip.

    Align the videos to match the sound from one video to the visuals of another. To do so, make sure the video with the sound only is under the video with the image only and move them in the timeline accordingly to synchronize them as much as possible. If needed, you can shorten any of the clips by selecting them and dragging their yellow sidebars.

    If you plan to post the final video on a specific social media page, you can adjust its aspect ratio in the "Settings" tab. There, choose the preset with the right aspect ratio and resize the video in the preview if it doesn't fit the preset perfectly.

    In the "Text" tab, you can also add captions if needed and further customize their font, style, and background color.

    When you finish making your video, click "Export" and choose the export option you like.

  3. Download the result

    Watch the playback to see if the final video looks just like you wanted. If everything is good, click "Download" to save the video to your device or upload it back to the cloud storage. And if you want to change something, click "Edit" to return to the editor.
