Click the "Elements" tab, and search for the sticker you need in the "Stickers" section. On the timeline, you can expand it to match the video, duplicate it, or perform any other editing actions. Resize and arrange the stickers in the editing canvas as you wish as well.

Save the project

Playback the video to check if everything looks as it should. Then click "Export", choose the output resolution, and save the processed project with stickers.
