How to make voice to text transcription
With the modern pace of life, many people don’t have enough time to watch videos, whether for entertainment, hobby, or educational purposes. And if in cases where something important is being demonstrated they just have to find time for it, it would often be enough to turn the voice to text from the video to get the necessary information.
And if once voice-to-text transcription required time and manual efforts, now it is enough to find an app or software with such a feature. This will not only save time but also reduce errors because the technology of voice recognition and converting it into text is getting better and better.

Add the clip
Open Clideo’s Voice to Text converter, then click the "Choose file" button to select the video from your device. Alternatively, you can add it from your cloud storage – to do so, hover over the downward arrow on the right and choose the suitable account.
Transcribe voice to text
Specify the language you want to transcribe to and click "Start Transcription". Make sure you select the proper language variation, to make the transcription process more accurate.
Once the process is complete, you can verify the accuracy of the transcription. If you find any mistakes, you can correct them and adjust the time codes to indicate when each line of text should appear, especially if you intend to create a subtitle file from the transcription.
If you need to add customized captions to a video, in the "Styles" tab, you can tweak the appearance of subtitles to suit your taste. There are options to change the alignment, font, and size of the text, as well as set its color and add background to it.
Save the transcription
Once you’re done with edits, you can download the generated text by clicking "↓TXT" or "↓SRT" in the "Subtitles" tab.
Want to save the video with this text as well? No problem! First, change the output format using the option in the lower left corner if needed, then click "Export video". After the file is processed, you can download it to your device or cloud storage.
