How to make a workout video with music

Instagram has eventually become one of the most popular social media in the world. If people just posted and "liked" photos years ago, nowadays it’s the source of professional help and advice in almost every sphere. You can find here instructional videos by psychologists and tutors, beauty vlogs, travel channels, and, of course, workout clips.

You can film workout videos for Instagram even at home, make sure you have all you need: an external mic, a good camera with a tripod, all the sportswear, weight lifting equipment, and so on. It may be a good idea to record a voiceover separately. While looking for background music, don't forget about copyright laws.

When everything is done, it’s time to assemble all the elements into one Instagram workout. Save all the files to the same folder and follow these steps.

  1. Upload all the files to the editor

Open Clideo’s Video Editor in any browser as it works online and doesn’t require downloading and installing. Hit the "Get started" button first.
