Creating video content for social media
Creating videos for social media is a great way to grab attention to your page. This way, videos can be used for social media marketing to develop a personal brand.
What’s even better, you don’t have to hire a professional editor to bring your posts to life and make engaging social media videos. Nowadays, video content creation is available for anyone without special skills thanks to the growing industry of video editing software.
If you want to try it too but don’t know where to start, our tool will help you! With it, you can create and edit your video on any device, provided that you have an Internet connection.
Other than that, it is better to start with small projects and explore the possibilities of the editor. To do so, follow this guide for creating short videos:
Add files
Open Clideo’s all-in-one Online Video Editor and click “Get started”.
Click a “+” sign to add media files from your device, Google Drive, or Dropbox – it can be images, GIFs, video and audio files, etc.
Create a video
All the files are stored in the “Uploads” tab from where you can add a file you need to the timeline or preview area at any moment.
First, you may need to set the aspect ratio of the video according to the platform where you’re going to post it – to do so, apply the most suitable preset from the “Canvas” tab. You can also change the background color by picking one from the list or setting the custom one.
Then you can edit each file separately by clicking on them – options in the left tab will allow you to change the appearance of media files, as well as change the volume of audio/video files and speed of clips. If you want to change the position or resize an image or video, you can simply do it right in the player.
To add text, simply click + on any preset in the “Text” tab or drag it to the preview or timeline. Then, write the text and edit it according to your taste.
When you finish editing, click “Export” and choose the export option you like.
Download the result
Preview if everything looks good in the final video. If not, click “Edit” to add changes. Otherwise, download it to your device or cloud storage.
