Hit the "Get started" button to open the editing panel and upload your GIF from your device, Google Drive, Google Photos, or Dropbox. You can also import a video or a pic and create a GIF right in the editor.

Crop your GIF

Go to the "Canvas" tab to choose to crop your GIF to square or any other aspect ratio and change the the background color, if required. Change the other settings if necessary: the playback speed, crop options, color scheme, etc. If you want to add captions, you can do it in the "Text" tab.

Save your GIF

Make sure your project doesn't exceed 30 seconds. Then, hit the "Export" and "GIF" buttons, respectively, and save the cropped GIF to your device or cloud storage account.
