How to make a Facebook slideshow

  1. Upload files

Get sure that your Internet connection is fast and stable. Click the “Choose files” button and select pictures, videos and GIFs you’re going to use for your future slideshow.

Add images and videos to Facebook slideshow maker

Our Facebook Slideshow Creator allows adding files from Google Drive, Dropbox or via a direct link to a file located on an online resource. For that, call the drop-down menu on the left of the button and choose the necessary option.

  2. Create a slideshow

Add more files by using the same options as at the previous step. Alternatively, just drag and drop them to the timeline below the player. When you collect all the “ingredients” for your future masterpiece, change their order.

Add images and videos to the Facebook slideshow maker

Choose one of four ready aspect ratio presets on the right side. For a Facebook post you need the last one — 5:4, for a Facebook Cover the second one — 16:9. Then choose a crop option: either fit the frame with borders or zoom and crop it.

If your slideshow contains images, set their duration. Tick the “Crossfade” box for the best coherence of frames.

Add music in the Facebook slideshow maker

Add music and trim it manually or using sidebars. Then adjust its volume and set the volume for the original video. If you don’t need the latter, just mute it. When you’re done, choose an output format – mind that Facebook supports only MP4 and MOV.

Change format in Facebook slideshow maker

Click “Create” and wait for several moments.

  3. Download and post your slideshow

Download video from the Facebook slideshow maker

Have a quick preview and as far as you’re happy with the result, download it to your personal device or cloud account.
