In the cutter timeline, select the video, drag the vertical playhead to the place where you want to make a split, and click the "scissors'' icon at the top left of the timeline. Repeat this action as many times as needed, then delete the chunks you do not need and rearrange the rest. You can also add other elements, such as audio tracks, captions, GIFs, videos, images, and stickers.

Save the video

Give your project the final run to make sure it looks exactly as you want. Then click the "Export" button to save the project as MP4, choose the output resolution, and when the file is processed, save it to the chosen location.
